Does Oxiclean work like Billy Mays says it does?

We're going back to the basics to test our next product in our "Real Deal" series, in which we test products advertised on TV.
We're testing Oxiclean. If the product isn't familiar to you, its pitchman likely is. Billy Mays has endorsed it and countless items for years. We have tested some of those products in the past.
Nowadays, you can find Oxiclean listed as an ingredient in several cleaning products, but we wanted to test the original white powder in the bucket.
After years on the market, Oxiclean claims to take out more than 100 different stains with the power of oxygen. The powder can be used along with your normal laundry soap, applied directly to stains, or even made into a paste for heavy duty projects.
After researching the product online, we found it was reformulated about five years ago.
It has become so common now, most "As Seen on TV" stores don't sell it.
For our story we manage to dig up the original Oxiclean commercial. In it you will see a much younger Billy Mays endorsing the product.
For our testing, we recruited help from a busy family from my church with a hard-playing toddler. Jessica Allen says she has been a loyal Shout user on stains, but has always wondered if Oxiclean would do a better job.
Like many, she thought Oxiclean was a gimmick. Maybe that's because of the way Billy Mays sells it. I'm wondering if you have thought the same thing.
Will she become a believer, or stick to her familiar product? We'll save that for our report, but I'm interesting in hearing from you to see if you've tried Oxiclean. Did it work for you?

Oxyclean
I have used it before. I am not too sure if it works like they say. It did seem to brighten up the whites just a little. I found that the baby dreft stain remover will get rid of anything on any clothes or fabric.
